MDO Teflon Coated Pre-heating Roller High Temperature Resistant

Product Description

The MDO Preheating Roller is a critical component in MDO unidirectional stretching production lines. It heats plastic film to optimize physical property changes during longitudinal stretching, enhancing mechanical properties and transparency. This process improves tensile strength, stiffness, durability, and stability while significantly increasing film transparency and gloss for greater commercial value. Additionally, it enhances heat sealing performance, printability, processing efficiency, and product usability.

During operation, the roller heats film through internal flow channels to achieve optimal temperature for maximum physical and mechanical property enhancement during stretching. This integrated heating and stretching process enables efficient production of high-performance plastic films for diverse industrial applications.
